Marketing and Brand Management (Turkish) (Distance Education) Program Overview
The Master’s Program in Marketing and Brand Management, offered within the Institute of Social Sciences at Çankaya University, is a non-thesis graduate program conducted entirely online through distance education and approved by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
The main objective of the program is to educate professionals who can manage marketing departments at a strategic level, develop new and strong brands, and make effective decisions in the increasingly digitalized business world. The program focuses not only on traditional marketing approaches but also on current global trends, digital marketing strategies, sustainable brand management, and data-driven decision-making processes.
Within the scope of the program, students study topics such as strategic marketing decisions and brand management, marketing research and analytical techniques, digital marketing and social media management, marketing communication and promotion strategies, new product and service development, consumer behavior, distribution and pricing policies, and global marketing mix elements. Through this comprehensive curriculum, students gain a well-rounded set of competencies supported by both academic knowledge and practical applications, enabling them to work effectively across various sectors.
Course materials prepared by faculty members are published weekly on the Distance Education Platform. To allow students to revisit earlier materials, all course content remains accessible on the platform until the end of the semester. In addition to course materials, quizzes and assignments are also conducted online.
Midterm and final exams are held in person under supervision at Çankaya University’s Balgat Campus on Saturdays and Sundays.
Live online classes are conducted after working hours, and for students who cannot attend, all sessions are recorded and made available for later viewing.
