The Department of Business Administration aims to provide faculty members and students with the technological and scientific infrastructure they need or request, continuously updating these resources to ensure the effective implementation of programs and to enhance research and development activities. In this context, the department encourages faculty members to actively participate in national and international academic platforms, and students to engage in professional projects, internships, and similar activities.
There is no mandatory internship requirement within the department’s curriculum. However, given the wide range of employment opportunities available after graduation, students are encouraged to undertake internships—particularly after the fourth semester—to help them clarify their career goals. Additionally, the department organizes meetings with industry representatives and provides opportunities for students to complete internships in various companies, thereby supporting their professional development.
Internship insurance is covered by the University once per student. Detailed information can be found in the Çankaya University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Internship Directive.
Students are strongly advised to select institutions for their internships that will help them acquire relevant knowledge and skills in their field. In this regard, internships at corporate enterprises or public institutions aligned with the program’s objectives are particularly recommended.
